Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the PGF (Put God First) app and this website (pgf.novaric.kr, together the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. About the Service

PGF helps you build a habit of recording scripture and praying. The core features are free and work on-device without an account. "Groups" is an add-on included in the paid subscription plan that lets you form a small group and share your entries with each other.

2. Accounts

Using Groups requires signing in with Sign in with Apple. Keep your account information accurate, and you're responsible for the security of your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Groups is offered as a monthly auto-renewing subscription through the App Store.
Payment is processed by the Apple App Store — we never store your payment method details ourselves.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
Refunds follow Apple's refund policy — PGF does not process refunds directly.
If your subscription lapses, new sharing to your groups stops, but you can still view what was already shared in groups you belong to.

4. Content you create

You own everything you write in PGF — scripture entries, reflections, posts within a group. When you share an entry with a group, you're agreeing that other members of that group can see it during (and after) the group's active period, as described in Section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited conduct

Using someone else's Apple ID or account without authorization
Harassing other members within a group, or sharing illegal or inappropriate content
Disrupting the normal operation of the Service or exploiting vulnerabilities in it

A group owner may remove a member for misuse of their group, and we may restrict use of an account that violates these terms.

6. Changes and discontinuation

We may change or discontinue part or all of the Service to improve it or for other necessary reasons. We'll give reasonable notice of any material change.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service. The actual behavior of iCloud sync depends on the status of Apple's iCloud service.

8. Termination

You can permanently delete your own account at any time using "Delete account" in the app's Groups tab (see Section 7 of the Privacy Policy for exactly what that removes). If you can't access the app, you can also request deletion at the contact address below. We may restrict or terminate use of an account that violates these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll post the update here along with a new "last updated" date.
